Behind every challenge, business or personal is an opportunity to grow, to be better. Cash-flow challenges in business, sales numbers, KPI’s, Regulatory issues, HR questions, a key employees skill gap, on the other side await rewards of solving these challenges.
Growth, growth is painful but the downside is that without growth, only death awaits. Growth through challenges can either make you or break you. Mindset and attitude are the only things keeping challenges from breaking you.

• Protect your mind at all costs: It is better to maintain a mindset that the Universe is a helpful and kind place and will help you achieve your goals than to believe that everyone is out to get you, yes.. every one may be out to get you but thinking about it won’t help.
• Surround yourself with people you trust: Or at least surround yourself with people of integrity, trust may be a high bar, integrity is the minimum.
• Prioritize your challenges, only do what you must do, this keeps you from making up fears and challenges, this is more important than you would know, most people are reactionary and work on only what’s in front of them, treating these things like life or death issues, when really these items that would resolve themselves without much effort.
